Working within Hermès International – Commercial Data Department, I contribute to the launch and adoption of a global internal analytics tool designed to centralize client data and empower retail teams worldwide through a secure, governed, and highly flexible analytical environmentMy role sits at the intersection of data analysis, project management, internal communication and change management, supporting both the development and adoption of this strategic data initiative.Key responsibilities include-Supporting the deployment of a global client analytics platform (Power BI) for retail teams-Designing and delivering a mandatory certification program for Data & Business Analysts worldwide, covering data governance, Power BI usage and client analytics-Creating pedagogical content, immersive use cases and training materials to support user adoption-Contributing to community animation and internal communication, including SharePoint content, user guidance and engagement initiatives-Designing and building Power BI dashboards for internal stakeholders (e.g. Client Experience teams), translating business needs into actionable insightsThrough this role, I actively support the transition from ad-hoc data requests to a scalable, secure and analytics-driven retail model.
