Responsible for updating permanent POS tools and temporary window decors, in coordination with the Artistic Direction, Events and Product Marketing teams- Openings and renovations management for boutiques and corners on the 3 distribution networks (Fashion, Watches & Jewelry, Wholesale): elevation plans, zoning and floor plans validation- Briefing and production monitoring on the permanent tools offer, to be constantly adapted to novelties and market needs- Deployment of the VM plan according to launch priorities by zone, and support for markets with orders and budget monitoring- Development of temporary animations and decors in collaboration with AD and purchasing : cost monitoring, prototypes and technical files\' validation- Follow-up on market installations and performance reporting according to defined KPI\'s, best practices sharing sessions- Day-to-day support for Worldwide markets and consolidation of their specific VM needs- Management of the team budget- Management of 2 people (intern and administrative coordinator).
