I am currently leading a group of 30 people which includes two, remote-friendly, software engineering teams across Europe and Kenya as well as data science and QA. We are building people experiences like the shared M365 Profile Card, for multiple products, with a primary focus on Teams and Outlook across web and mobile. We are using React, React Native, TypeScript and C# for the middle tier. We are in the process of augmenting these experiences using LLMs (AI large language models) as part of the Microsoft 365 Copilot. Previously, leading a large team, as part of Microsoft 365, which develops, runs and maintains the next generation of People Services powering the Profile information of more than a billion monthly active users across consumers and enterprise users alike. Products relying on my team\'s services include, but are not limited to, the following: Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, Office, Skype, Delve etc. We are also exposing these APIs, through Microsoft Graph, so that third party developers can leverage the rich information available about people.
