Hi, I\'m Manoj Tiwari, a Brand Marketer with over 10 years in pharma industry, and I still get that spark when a brand truly touches someone\'s life.My journey started in the field, rolling up my sleeves as a sales guy, hearing doctors and patients real stories, feeling the daily grind of building trust one conversation at a time. That hands-on sales experience is still my secret strength, it gives me deep empathy for customer needs, the real challenges field teams face (objections, resource limitations, turning strategy into execution), and a grounded view that keeps my marketing human and effective.Today, It becomes easy for me to relate when I blend insight with sharp market & customer understanding, data crunching, AI tools, strategy, campaigns, and team collaboration to for execution and build brands that connect and deliver. All while making every resource count.Currently at Emcure, I\'m building the Women’s & Bone Health portfolio, also growing my skills in OTX and OTC bridging pharma\'s science and trust with more consumer facing warmth.
