JOB Responsibilities:• Quality Controls• Project Scheduling• Report Preparation• Safety Compliance• Electrical & Instrumentation Analysis• Documentation• Planning, Executing and monitoring daily work.• Prepare instrument datasheets, specifications, and drawings.• Monitor Progress & coordinate, collect necessary inputs from site.• Preparation and review of MS (Method Statement), FMAR (Field Material Approval Request), FCN (Field Change Notification), SDR (Site Discrepancy Report), NCR (Non-Conformance Report), ITP (Inspection and Test Plan), TQ (Technical Query), Site shop drawings, Site material list scheduling.• Keeps records of all progress accomplished and work completed• Prepare work schedules and weekly accomplishment reports.• Conduction and supervision of Material Receiving Inspection.• Prepares Progress Measurement System for the purpose of Progress Billing as per contract conditions /industry practices in line with effort and man-hours.• Review plans and drawings in accordance with specifications, codes and standards• Co-ordinate with stores, material, planning and Project control department• Receive & acknowledge the project materials to ensure compliance with project specifications• Proficiency in reading P & IDs, Data sheets, plot plan, layouts (cables, tray, grounding etc.), wiring details, Functional Logic Diagrams, Schematic, SLD and inter connection drawings etc.• Punch point attending as per client requirements.• Conduct instrument calibration and testing.• Work completion in good quality in safety certified by client & prepared inspection protocol.• Measurement sheet preparation for billing.• Manpower handling & preparing mobilization plan as per site requirement.Stroke measurement and maintaining the Power generation through Woodward 505 Governor. Operation & Maintenance of Turbo-Supervisory Instruments (Vibration Probes, RTD, Thermocouple, Magnetic Pickups & LVDT for Turbine). Installation, Operation & Maintenance of field instruments (RTD, Thermocouple, Scanner, Temperature gauge, Pressure gauge & Level gauge). Installation, Operation & Maintenance of Transmitters (Flow, Pressure and Level). Calibration and maintenance of Oxygen Analyzer. Installation, Operation & Maintenance Of Pneumatic Control Valve with Positioner, I/P Convertor, Position Transmitter, Limit Switch. Line up and error correction the field instruments. Installation of Tachometer. Maintenance of Computer system & O.S. Installation. Hands on experience on Synchronization with Grid. Making UI Rates, SPM and Steam generation
