I am Manoj P. Shinde and presently serving Kirloskar Brothers Limited as Associate Manager - Procurement. Before joining Kirloskar Group, I was serving as Manager in Supply Chain Management in Tata Projects Ltd as, Sr. Executive - Materials in Thermax Ltd and Sr. Executive - Purchase in Creative Ashtech Power Projects Pvt Ltd (Reliance ADAG group company). I have been responsible for handling procurement of all kinds of materials required for manufacturing industry as well as turnkey projects such as Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation items. I have built on my distinctive background in this field by developing exceptional expertise in managing procurement for Plants & projects in the field of power, oil, gas and hydrocarbons, water treatment, industry, transmission and distribution, Marine and Defence, consistently delivering results within time and budget constraints. My goal is to uphold the mission by providing exceptional leadership in procurement and directing the company’s functions through my keen grasp of the academic culture of higher education. I consistently conceptualize future needs and solutions by adapting and evolving to meet current demands and sudden shifts in priorities. I am committed to forging and maintaining relationships that support and realize strategic goals.
