ABOUT MANOJ MAHENDRAN

Ultimately I am someone that likes solving problems that help in driving my customers\', my coworkers and my own successes. I like to think that these 6 characteristics define who I am both personally and professionally- Resilient: Whether it is facing hurdles in life or facing roadblocks in my profession, I know it\'s important to be tough and to find ways to overcome challenges while also understanding that the solution might not be the most apparent one- Empathetic: I like to understand how and why my customers and coworkers are thinking the way they are. We all have different mindsets, goals, responsibilities and challenges and it is important to understand and appreciate that before engaging in conversation-Balanced: I enjoy my traveling and thrill seeking adventures to enjoying some reading time or playing some golf. I think it\'s important for me to work hard and play hard without getting burnt out by anything-Do-Er: I like getting things done and solving problems quickly and efficiently. We are all very busy and have our own challenges. It is important to me to ensure that I do what I need to do to ensure that myself, my coworkers and my customers are all successful-Creative: Whether it is coming up with new ways of developing PPT presentations or finding ways to collect/see data effectively in Excel, I like coming up with unique ways that helps my day to day work process-Motivated: I like striving for more, I like facing challenges and I like getting things done. Being ambitious helps me to continuously grow and adapt as my job, my personal life and society changes through time.
