Having pursued one passion as a leader in Indian Armed Forces for 12 years, now I am pursuing as a Product Manager being in the corporate for 5 years to prove my professional abilities. As part of this role, I create product roadmap, prioritize features based on business impact, define product goals, work with stakeholders to finalize scope, balance customer needs and technical feasibility Etc.In my Military Career following merit attention-1. Handled Various Weapons and sensors (includes missiles and gun mounts) onboard Indian Naval Warship as Weapon Maintenance Officer for 2 years. As Head of the Electrical Department Onboard Warship, I Completed Normal Refit (Maintenance) of the warship with various agencies involved and ensured the ship to be Role Worthy to Float, Move and Fight. Further, I extensively operated at sea to safeguard National Interest. At the same time I exercised Human Resource management, Administration and training of my crew and Change Management to meet the desired objectives.3. Being Senior Planning Manager in the Naval Ship Repair Yard, I planned Short, Normal and Medium Refits (Maintenance) of total 11 ships in resource constraint environment. Extensive application of Project Management was adopted to meet the desired deadlines. Being Deputy-In-Charge of the Procurement and administration in one of the Depots, I got opportunities to do capital procurement / handling of transports, inventory and civilian in an industrial set up.5. Having rendered my services in Weapons domain I was chosen to undertake Acceptance Trials of Weapons and Sensors procured from various Indian and overseas vendors. As Senior Trials Officer I undertook Installation Inspections, Harbour Acceptance Trials and Sea Acceptance Trials of various ND and Communication equipment. While working on this assignment, I was trained to maintain Fire Control System of Brahmos Missile (SAM).
