My key achievements focus on transformative innovation and measurable business impact- Product Leadership: Direct full-stack product development and architecture for mission-critical financial solutions (Wisely, Wage Payments, SWIFT money movement). My leadership ensures flawless, compliant processing of ~$3.2 trillion in annual payments and drives high customer retention across our base- Generative AI Transformation: Conceived and currently leading the \"AI Guided Implementation\" platform, a company-wide GenAI initiative.
