Graduate in Chemical Technology from Calcutta University with 23+ years of experience in steam cracking-based petrochemicals technology, for producing basic building blocks of petrochemicals like ethylene, propylene, benzene and C4 derivatives. Experienced in both operations and technical services- Have worked in India, Saudi Arabia and China in various phases of Mixed Feed steam cracker unit- Have led multiple startups for Lummus and KBR licensed Mixed Feed Steam Cracker (MFSC) in Asia. Recent startup includes,> Shandong Yulong Petrochemicals (1500 KTA MFSC with heavy feed like Diesel, HCR) Nov-Dec 24.> HMEL Dual Feed Cracker Unit (LPG, Naphtha, Kerosene feed) startup, PGTR, Push Test, Jan -May23 > Sinochem Quanzhou Mixed Feed Cracker (Naphtha, Diesel) Startup remote support, 2020.> Lotte Titan K-COT Olefins Unit, Johor Bahru, Malaysia - Startup, January-March 2019 > Jiutai MTO Light Olefins Recovery Unit, Ordos City, Inner Mongolia, May - June 2019- Presently working with Life Cycle Support (LCS) division for Lummus Technology. Providing technical support to various Lummus licensed ethylene unit as per TSA, bringing business intelligences for revenue growth- Helping engineering team during BEP execution phase, with operational inputs, lesson learned during greenfield startup, strengthening design features by incorporating those lessons-Have fair understanding in various Olefins technologies like > Ethane/Naphtha/Mixed Feed Steam Crackers.> Light Olefins Recovery unit from Refinery Off-Gas > Pyrolysis Gasoline Hydrogenation Unit (PGH)> C4 Selective/Total Hydrogenation Unit SHU/THU > Aromatic Extraction Unit (BTX)> Olefins Conversion Technology (OCT)-Worked in various phases of Olefin and Aromatics technologies like Feasibility Study, Technology Evaluation, BEP Execution, Value Engineering at FEED Stage, Project Execution, Grass root Start-up-Developed Asset Specific Best Practices/ Community of Practices (COP) for maximization of Asset\'s reliability, during my tenure with SABIC, KSA- Prior to join technology licensing, worked with several major petrochemicals company over 17 years-My current career aspirations include working with cross-functional teams in a business role for building strategies, product development, and developing partnerships with clients to position the business for continued success.
