Building and managing Inbound and Outbound Email infrastructure in Commercial and Lab environments- Managing inbound email hosts (MTA, MDA), outbound email hosts (Relay) and associated services- Writing email infrastructure as code (template, modules.erb.epp) using puppet- Writing system tests using pytest and python in ServiceNow framework called SNAIR (based on Testinfra and Ansible)- Migrated existing ansible mail systems testcases to ServiceNow framework called SNAIR (based on Testinfra and Ansible)- Monitoring Inbound and Outbound email systems using Splunk and Xymon- Building dashboards showing systems health and impact of changes deployed in production- Actively handling high priority customer incidents and issues- Executing deployment in production, peer reviewing team’s production changes and shoulder surfing team’s changes for additional set of eyes during critical production changes- Involved in Triage/RCA discussion for customer impacting failed changes- Participation in on-call rotation supporting systems engineering services- Designed containerized solution for outbound email systems (Relay) using Docker- Working with Networking team to configure VIPs/F5 load balancers needed for designed Email systems- Working with Infrastructure capacity team to get the Inbound and Outbound Email hosts VM provisioned- Implemented automated solution to quarterly manual image testing that reduced the testing time from 16 hrs to 4 hrs.
