ABOUT MANOJ DAWARWADIKAR

Hi I\'m Manoj, Business researcher and entrepreneur by profession and XR Evangelist at heart. I am passionate about AR/VR products, services and knowledge base. Having built products and experimented with business models in the AR/VR space, I understand the customers and markets in one of the fastest-growing economies in the world - India. Before jumping to evangelizing and spreading awareness about AR/VR, I became an avid user of the technology and in last 5 years, have spent countless hours experiencing and enjoying numerous AR/VR applications and games. I believe in \"Practice before you preach\" so I make sure that I spend at least a few min every day in my VR headset and remind myself of all the challenges a common user would face today. I am a Business Researcher helping enterprises adopt AR/VR the right way. I also train students on how to approach the field from a career point of view [not only as a developer but much more]. Products I built in the past VR4Learnings: Virtual reality Classroom solution for schools MagicKiddo: Augmented Reality interactive Toys for kids SpatialXR Studio: No-code Augmented reality platform for rapid prototyping. I loved my corporate jobs in STMicroelectronics and Intel technologies for 10 years but I loved my entrepreneurial stints more in last 5 years. Training Experience: I have trained several hundred teachers, students and parents on use of AR/VR as a new learning medium. I have also delivered talks on Careers in AR/VR for students/faculty of leading institutes such as IIT Roorkee, GD Goenka University and Benett University in India.
