I am an engineering leader with 19+ years of experience evolving from deep hands-on quality engineering into leading large-scale platform engineering for enterprise SaaS products in fintech. At HighRadius, I drive the strategy, architecture, and execution of next-generation Accounts Payable (AP) automation platforms powered by GenAI. My core focus is building intelligent, scalable systems that enable touchless invoice processing at enterprise scale. I have been instrumental in architecting and delivering end-to-end AP platforms that span invoice ingestion, GenAI-powered OCR extraction, data enrichment, validations, GL coding, N-way matching, workflow orchestration, and ERP integrations. I specialize in designing GenAI-driven Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) systems that handle highly unstructured financial documents with high accuracy and resilience. By combining AI/ML models with rule-based engines, I have enabled significant improvements in straight-through processing rates while reducing manual intervention and operational costs. From an architecture standpoint, I lead the design of cloud-native, microservices-based, event-driven systems capable of processing millions of transactions with high throughput and low latency. My work ensures seamless integration with enterprise ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle, enabling reliable financial operations across global organizations.
