I have 25+ years of experience in the area of technical content, covering various domains, such as data warehousing, cloud computing, telecom, business intelligence, and insurance.My core competencies include planning and managing technical documentation projects, setting up and mentoring documentation teams, editing and reviewing content, establishing and implementing processes and best practices, and selecting and using appropriate tools and technologies.
