Brief about me:I am a story teller, a problem solver, a creative thinker and a strategist tuned to meet the business requirements in a collaborative manner, and follow a pro-active approach to make the product journey hassle-free along with cost-saving.Focus:My focus is to identify the root cause of a problem and provide sustainable solution to make the product journey hassle-free. As an active listener, I go deep into the problems and pain points of a user, that helps me to plan a strategy and get an optimum solution. This approach had helped me to achieve a WIN-WIN situation in many of the long term projects I had worked, and act as a liaison between investors, stakeholders & end users.Executive Summary:As a UX Lead (Architect) and with a ‘Never-Give-Up’ attitude, my focus has been to design scalable & efficient web/native/offline applications. I have been working on multiple design pitches, creating proposals & estimation, and successfully completed many of those projects with least design iterations; and challenging the status quo under toughest situations.During the past 2 decades, I had contributed in various sectors like EdTech, FinTech, Health Care, Insurance & Tax, Enterprise and E-commerce and SaaS applications with AI inclusion recently. This experience has helped to build unique products in both waterfall & agile environment. I have been instrumental in conducting UX research and document the requirements (PRD) for several B2B & B2C projects, and also conducted Stakeholder interviews that helped to identify the grey areas for the clients. As a Lead, I had managed a team of 2-25 resources and conducted brain storming sessions with them. I had also shared 1-on-1 feedback to each member giving them a scope for improvement which has given positive results. During this period, I had followed strict standards with a solid project documentation and have been involved in strategic discussions & decision-making process in coordination with the client and the core team.
