Responsible for Bkt X to Sign off for TW collections from Jaipur, Kota & Alwar area.• I am responsible for their overall performance.• As far as training & audit part I always make sure that things are rightly place & work should be in process.• Month on month targets have been delivered which company has asked for.• For handling the complete location 6 TCMs are reporting & they have 50 inhouse FCEs.• Even I have additional responsibility to drive collections from Sales also.• Cater the daily issues from dealer or team & make them comfortable to drive business from their end.• Weakly & Monthly review take place to ensure everything should be inline or processed.• Make a bridge between backend & field team to ensure that both can complete their task timely.
