I\'ve spent 15+ years building and leading quality delivery programs at the heart of next-generation telecom and semiconductor innovation — from 4G/LTE field networks to today\'s complex 5G NR and O-RAN ecosystems. Currently, I lead end-to-end QA delivery as Head of QA at VVDN Technologies, where I own test strategy, validation architecture, and program governance for 5G RAN products — covering O-RAN WG4 conformance, 3GPP protocol stack validation (L1/L2/L3), and multi-vendor interoperability testing.
