I am currently a Manager in EY’s Legal Transform and Operate team with deep experience in entity compliance, corporate governance delivery, people leadership, and technology-enabled improvement. I started my career in corporate secretarial compliance work, supporting clients across multiple jurisdictions, and built a strong foundation in accuracy, stakeholder management, and operational quality.Over time, I’ve grown into a professional who works at the intersection of legal delivery and technology. I’m particularly interested in how intelligent automation and agentic AI can reshape compliance operations by reducing effort, improving reliability, and enabling teams to work at a higher level. I enjoy exploring practical ways in which these technologies — along with Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and data-driven tools — can streamline workflows, strengthen governance, and transform how managed services are delivered.I am PMP-certified and have strong experience leading teams, simplifying complex work, and helping people grow. I enjoy solving cross-functional problems by blending delivery knowledge, technology skills, and process thinking.
