A strong believer in leveraging financial prowess to streamline business processes and operations.I am extremely passionate about the world of finance and operations, with 10+ years of industry experience.With my foundation in financial accounting, I started my journey with a 3-year article-ship under GMK, solving problems in internal audit and statutory audit.I started my industry career path with Allegis Group, a global leader in the field of talent solutions. I dedicated 2 years and played a pivotal role in taking care of Allegis’s internal audit, revenue forecasting, and provisioning. My stint with Allegis Group also introduced me to the world of talent solutions, and my efforts were instrumental in sustaining the financial and operational processes.With an independent mindset, I later chose to work as a consultant, advising multiple organizations in streamlining their processes.For the last 5 years, I have been associated with Wolves. I started as a core member of the operations team and was responsible for setting up the entire backend engine of finance and operations from the ground up. I play a multi-faceted role with Wolves, where I look after the entire finance function, which covers accounts receivable, accounts payable, contractual agreements, internal audit, payroll, budgeting, and provisioning, covering the entire gamut of financial planning. Being a core member of the operations team, I also take care of the internal HR processes and manage the core team of operations and HR.My journey with Wolves has also given me an opportunity to be a part of a transition process of scaling the organization’s effort in constantly evolving and growing, which brought us to UpGrad’s table, and I have been instrumental in taking care of the entire M&A process.
