I work with founders, boards, and leadership teams building AI- and technology-led businesses that need to scale with speed, clarity, and capital discipline—without sacrificing product velocity or organizational health.Over the last two decades, I’ve operated at the intersection of business ownership, deep technology execution, and global operating models, building organizations where technology, data, and AI translate directly into customer value and sustainable growth.Most recently, I co-founded and scaled a fintech SaaS company from inception to revenue, partnering closely with the US-based founder to shape product vision, technology strategy, and operating model. I owned end-to-end responsibility across engineering, data, and AI/ML, leading platform architecture, execution, and India operations while building a high-ownership, enterprise-grade engineering organization.Prior to this, I built and led large global data, analytics, and AI organizations within GCC environments, scaling teams to 1,300+ and delivering cloud-native platforms that powered decision-making, automation, and transformation across highly regulated enterprise environments—while working closely with global executives on governance, operating models, and long-term platform strategy.Earlier in my career, I led complex, multi-year global engagements across the US, EMEA, and APAC, with direct responsibility for delivery, product engineering, and P&L—experience that continues to shape how I think about markets, customers, capital efficiency, and scale.Across these roles, I bring a blend of technology & AI/ML depth, execution discipline, and business leadership—grounded in building companies, not just systems—and aligning technology strategy tightly with outcomes that matter.Having led organizations at significant scale, I deliberately chose to co-build a fintech SaaS company from the ground up—owning real production systems, data platforms, and AI/ML use cases end to end. That experience sharpened my understanding of modern cloud, data, and ML realities, and deeply informs how I now lead teams, set strategy, and make trade-offs grounded in what actually works at scale.
