KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -*Preparing Pert charts for production planning in line with client requirements.* Prepare a Quality plan and Manufacturing process plan for development orders.*Providing men, machines, materials etc. of the right quality, quantity and also providing them at the right time.* Manage production planning and scheduling for on-time delivery.*Ensuring all necessary preparation is completed before a production cycle begins, so it can run smoothly.*Monitoring and tracking project progress, and writing up reports.*Observing existing processes, analyzing staff performance, and addressing deficiencies accordingly.*supervising the production processes, developing improvement strategies, identifying risk factors or areas for improvement, and ensuring that all personnel follows safety and health standards.*Maintain data in ERP system.*Monitor All stage job card / work allocation / Record.*Preparation of PPT for QRM.*Preparation of MIS DATA.*Execution of plan as per D.O.D.* Prepare stock balance report.
