My role includes team leadership for daily BIOS validation, debugging, and release management, guiding engineers in both pre-silicon (Simics) and hardware environments. I architect and integrate UEFI/BIOS features (NVRAM, setup knobs, password policy), conduct regression analysis, and drive security enhancements.I champion CI workflows using GitHub PRs and Jenkins (CISS), managing automated builds, review gates, and triaging test failures for on-time merges.
