Automotive engineering leader with 23+ years of global experience in engine design, development, and program leadership across gasoline and diesel powertrains for on-highway and off-highway applications. I began my career almost two decades ago in September 2002, building a strong technical foundation working on two-stroke automatic and geared gasoline engines for motorcycle applications.Over the course of my career, I have led and contributed to the development of engines ranging from 24 cc to 14,500 cc, delivering robust powertrain solutions for diverse global markets. My experience spans engine architecture, design and development, product lifecycle management, cost optimization, and global program execution.I have held key leadership roles including Global Chief Engineer for a 14-liter engine platform, while also leading a worldwide cost-reduction engineering initiative, driving significant value through engineering innovation, design optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.Currently serving as Global Chief Engineer for the 4B3.3 diesel engine platform and Bought-Out Finished (BOF) diesel engines, where I work with multi-disciplinary teams across global locations within a matrix organization.
