Management of Disposal Auctions and OTIF improvement with KPI achievement of overall P2P cycle.Coordinate closely with production, maintenance, stores, and finance teams for planning, inventory control, and working capital optimization.Track market trends, price movements, and regulatory changes; present MIS, savings, and risk insights to top management.Ensure procurement governance, audit compliance, and effective use of SAP/ERP systems.Lead procurement team of 20 Buyers, set KPIs, and continuously improve processes and controls with risk mitigation.
