ABOUT MANOJ KUMAR GOYAL

Manoj Kumar Goyal is the Founder and Chairman of Kibbutz Group, a diversified agriculture enterprise working across organic inputs, hybrid seeds, biotechnology and sustainable farming solutions.With more than three decades of experience in the agriculture input industry, he has been actively contributing to strengthening India’s agricultural ecosystem through innovation, responsible business practices and farmer-focused solutions.He currently serves as the National Vice President of the Confederation of All India Traders (CAIT) and is also the National President of NAPUF – the agriculture wing of CAIT, where he engages with policymakers, industry leaders and trade representatives on matters related to business, trade and agriculture.He is also a Board Member of Bhartiya Vyapar Mahotsav (BVM), a national initiative supported by the Ministry of Commerce and organised by CAIT to promote the production and sales of Swadeshi goods and services in India and globally, supporting the vision of an Aatmanirbhar Bharat and the #localtoglobal movement.Previously, he served as a Member of the Fertilizer Advisory Forum under the Department of Fertilizers, Government of India.Through Kibbutz Group companies including Kibbutz Organic & Bio Fertilisers LLP, Kibbutz Hybrid Seeds, Kibbutz Biotech LLP and Shree Balaji Agro, he continues to work towards improving soil health, supporting farmers and promoting sustainable agricultural practices across India.Education: Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
