ABOUT MANOJ KUMAR CHAUDHARY

Manoj, is an HR professional with experience across various domains of Human Resource Management including HRBP, Sales HR, Mergers & Acquisitions, Leadership Development, Talent Management, Organization Development, Employee Experience, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, People Analytics and Talent Acquisition. He has been recognised as Young Millennial HR Leader at Great Manager Awards and has featured in the 100HRunder40 List recognising the stalwarts and change makers in the HR space. He is a certified practitioner for Marshal Goldsmith’s Global Leadership Assessment (GLA 360), Thomas International’s Personal Profile Analysis(PPA), Delivering Happiness Institute’s Culture Builder, Aon’s Employee Engagement and Predictive Strategy Group’s Predictive Index Assessment. He has co-authored research paper on Employer Branding: What Do Best Employer Surveys reveal about Employer Branding & Intention to apply which has been published in the Journal of Brand Management by Palgrave Macmillan. He is a speaker on various HR and leadership forums. Manoj, started his career as Food & Beverage Associate with Oberoi Group of Hotels, India’s leading hotel chain. Before Edelweiss Manoj has worked on HR projects with SAP Labs, Johnson & Johnson, Lakme Lever, Ahuja Construction and Dhanlaxmi Bank. He has also actively partnered for strategic HR projects with NGOs including REAP, Stree Mukti Sangthan and Naitik Vikas Samiti. He regularly interacts with the students through guest lectures and workshops at educational institutes. Manoj is a graduate of the Masters in Human Resource Management and Labour Relations Program at Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai and has done his Bachelors in Hospitality Management from West Bengal University.
