In Congruex: I have sound experience of working OSP fiber projects, especially for clients AT & T and Brightspeed.• Planned & Designed FTTH, FTTx, FTTH, FTTn etc. networks for different counties and markets for west, central and mid-west for United States of America(USA).• Sound knowledge of tools & platforms like Autocad, Civil 3D, Aramis(associated with AT & T),Katapult Pro Maps, MS Office, Mic, Gis, Google maps, Bing maps, Near maps and My maps.In BBNL : I am appointed as Lead PMO Executive in Chandigarh on BharatNet ~ NOFN (National optical fiber Network, A Govt. of India project).Job responsibilities includes FTTH, Dark fiber feasibility and connectivity and its O&M of in gram panchayats and commercial across Punjab state. Supervising the teams of Field Engineers in Punjab circle, providing necessary training and guidance. Vendor management and timely rollout of Fiber, Wifi and Broadband Network. Working on NMS, EMS, FMS and Trouble tickets resolution within SLA.In Sify : I was employed as Field Engineer in Distt. Amritsar, Punjab. I was involved in RF link Feasibility, Installation, Optimisation, oversee the O&M of fiber links, UBR and passive infra equipments. Maintaining the stable and excellent wireless and wired broadband links.In Essjay Ericsson : Worked as O&M Engineer in Rcom project.Goal oriented, self-motivated, Team player.Although i am happy with my present employer and job duties, Professional growth is always desirable.I would wish to join some other reputed organisation which can offer me more better prospects.I can manage INFRA/FTTH/WIFI/NOC/Project Execution/O&M team on a Lead Position.I assure i will prove myself to be asset for the organisation.
