Conducted physical review cum reorientation meeting with all the Programme officers for NCDs, DPO’s, DDM’s, Medical officers(MO),and NCD coordinators regarding NCD special screening drive to ensure 100% coverage of screening for hypertension(HTN) & Diabetes (DM).5. Visited Primary health Care - PHC’s, District hospital -DH and reviewed Hypertension (HTN) & Diabetes (DM) Follow up, Diagnosis, Treatment, Referrals, Re-Screening, ABHA ID\'s creation. Verified Registers, Online & Offline activities, Drug Stock etc, to ensure successful conduction of special screening drive for entire 33 districts in Telangana state.
