I am responsible for overall development & performance as well as effective management for the group hotels.• Looking after all the independent SBU\'s (Small Business Units) & various departments\' viz. operations, marketing, HR, Finance of group hotels.• Formulation & Implementation of Growth & Development Strategies.• Designing of new processes & in turn Development of effective Management Systems.• Organizing Training Programme for continuous skill development for Staff members.• Exploring & introducing new Business plans into existing Business.• Successfully turned around all the SBU\'s by improving the Business processes.• Launched Jubilee Dhaba cum restaurant in June 2002 as per expansion plans viz. exploration, entry & consolidation of new market, now generating 25% of the total turnover.• Diversified to profitable Catering business as per New Business development strategy, which is functioning now as an independent profitable SBU.
