I am Manoj Kothari from Morena, Madhya Pradesh, a 2024 Mechanical Engineering graduate from IIT Jodhpur. My interests lie in the Thermal Field, particularly in \"Heat Transfer.\" I have worked on enhancing the efficiency and design of heating equipment, including Heat Exchangers, Boilers, and Pressure Vessels.I joined L&T Heavy Engineering in 2024 as a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET), where I had the opportunity to contribute to both an international project PRC Saudi Arabia and a domestic project for HPCL–Mittal Energy Limited, Punjab. My responsibilities during this phase includes:International Project: Petro Rabigh Saudi Arabia• Working on the Petro Rabigh (PRC) Debottlenecking (DBN) Project of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This project is to increase the capacity of existing refinery. • Managed PO preparation, Bid Tab preparation, file note Preparation, Vendor Follow up, Rate Negotiation.Domestic Project: HPCL–Mittal Energy Limited, Punjab• Site Deputation for the execution of HPCL–Mittal Energy Limited.• Supervising site commissioning activities & witnessed various FAT’s.• Handling Manpower at the HPCL–Mittal Energy Limited Site.Since July 2025, I’ve been working as a Senior Engineer in the Engineering Department, primarily handling pre-bid enquiries. Currently, I’m engaged in the Chambal Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited (CFCL) Kota project, where I’m involved in technical evaluations. Following are the roles & responsibility in CFCL -• Leading technical management for three major revamp and inspection projects in Urea Plant 2.• Spearheaded complete internal relining of high-pressure reactor, including material evaluation, vendor coordination, and execution strategy. • Managed engineering for scrubber replacement, ensuring process compatibility and minimal operational disruption.

   Since July 2025, I’ve been working as a Senior Engineer in the Engineering Department. Following are the roles & responsibility -1. Worked in FEA / CAE engineering at L&T Heavy Engineering, performing structural and strength analysis of large fabricated and welded structures under real operating conditions.2. Conducted static and fatigue-oriented analyses considering operational loads, vibration, transportation, lifting, and environmental effects, similar to vehicle duty cycles.3. Evaluated stress concentration, stiffness, deformation, and load paths to support design validation and structural optimization.4. Supported manufacturing, inspection, and execution teams by resolving design deviations, fitment issues, and structural failures, giving strong exposure to production realities.5. Prepared engineering reports and design justifications, coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet quality, cost, and timeline targets.
