Detail analysis of Daily Generation Report and directly reporting to customer.*Preparing and analysis of RAG and MPR reports.* Closely Monitor & Analysis of Wind turbines in high wind to get high PLF.* Regularly managing Operations & Maintenance of WTGs, creating awareness about any issue related to turbine and more focus to work with safety.* Taking Care of Preventive Maintenance and Operation of wind turbines *All responsibilities of leading the team & Site works.* Reporting to Area Head of Jath and State Head of Maharashtra directly about site status.* Giving Technical support to the team performing during breakdown of WTGs.* Analysis of Power Curve, Load Calculation or Repeating Errors of Turbine i.e. focuses of generation & availability of the WTGs & Analysis of Alarms, Warnings, Temperature Data.*Monitoring the healthy status of Plant by periodic inspection.*Takes measures to ensure safety of People, Process and Product for equipment use.*Responsible for the completion of all works done at the site with full safety & as per rules & regulations of the company.*Handling all the Technical modification & Software update works on the WTGs.*Critical Parameter Analysis, MTTR, LPF(Loss Production Factor) & MTBF, ISO procedures, Resolving problem related to product performance, stability & system application.*Scheduling Preventive Maintenance of WTG.*Checking of maintenance report & pending points.
