Main responsibilities includes Monitoring, configuration, troubleshooting of issues related to SMSC network nodes for both brands Vodafone and Idea. • Performs troubleshooting of network and service related issues by analyzing PCAP traces. • To implement the changes requested by the circle and business teams on PAN INDIA basis using PMC GUI and HPSM. • To generate & maintain the reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis using various LINUX scripts. • Works on incident TTs and maintain the SLA suggested by all the stakeholders • Regularly Maintain, Monitor the PAN INDIA SMSC DB for both the brands. • Coordinate with the various internal and external teams to make sure the success rate of the overall SMSC system within the range required by compliance. • Log the problem TTs with the OEMs for various system related issues • Performs the configuration, routing & blocking/unblocking for various IMSI’s and MSISDN’s. • Co-Ordinating with all VAS service teams, Making Reports for outages and SLA, escalating the issue with respective authorities. • Using Tools like Sitescope and Temip for monitoring and HPSM for reports • Raising higher level escalations by notifications mail for major failure with complete follow up until issue get resolved. • Technical excel documentation such as SLA, Outage Tracker, RCA, Pendency, BO and activitreports TOOLS- VIPAM, monitoring (TeMip) and TT tool (HPSM ) Sitescope, Technologies- Linux,
