He was part of a team to optimize and standardize the process of all subsidiary plants. Today, as a program manager at another Automotive Tier 1 supplier for one of the most prominent OEMs, his main responsibility is to coordinate the project cross-functionally and generate a high payback to the investors and shareholders.His unbridled inclination towards learning makes him believe that career development is anoutset to gain knowledge. He is always open to different career options that are completely outside his knowledge or experience zones. He reckons that this would be an opportunity for him to develop a new skill which eventually could evolve into a new idea.
