ABOUT MANOJ BARKATE

I am currently working as a Trainee Chemist in Drug Discovery at Satya Pharma Innovations Pvt. Ltd, where I contribute to the design and synthesis of novel small molecules with therapeutic potential. I hold an M.S.(Pharm.) in Medicinal Chemistry from NIPER Mohali, where I graduated with a GPA of 9.28/10, ranking among the top students in my department. During my time at NIPER, I developed a strong foundation in organic synthesis, SAR analysis, drug design principles, and compound characterization techniques such as NMR, IR, and LC-MS. My passion lies in using chemistry to solve real-world medical challenges through rational drug design and lead optimization. I enjoy working at the interface of chemistry and biology, contributing to preclinical research and early-stage drug discovery projects. I am eager to continue learning and contributing to impactful science through innovation, precision, and collaboration.
