Key Responsibilities:#QMS Development and Implementation: Responsible for creating, updating, and implementing the Quality Management System in alignment with regulatory guidelines, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Clinical Practices (GCP).#Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring the company\'s QMS adheres to national and international pharmaceutical regulations, such as the FDA in the United States or the European Medicines Agency (EMA) in the EU, and that the company maintains compliance at all times.#Documentation Management: Overseeing the creation, review, and control of quality-related documentation, such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), batch records, and validation protocols, to ensure accuracy and consistency.#Quality Auditing: Conducting internal and external audits to evaluate processes, systems, and operations to identify and address non-compliance issues and areas for improvement.#Training and Education: Ensuring that staff at all levels are adequately trained in QMS procedures and that they understand the importance of following these procedures to maintain product quality.#Change Control: Managing changes to processes, equipment, or procedures within the pharmaceutical company, evaluating their impact on quality, and implementing necessary updates to the QMS.#Risk Assessment: Identifying potential quality risks, assessing their impact, and developing strategies to mitigate or eliminate them to safeguard product quality.#Continuous Improvement: Regularly reviewing and improving the QMS to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and optimize quality control processes.
