Performing extrusion and testing of all microlots produced in small scale line.• Planning color match activities in extruders with regular interaction from marketing and taking customer feedback for approval.• Performing testing of new pigments for qualification of it with maintaining color database for new developments in color DB.• Performing color matching of Customer samples through visual assessment & using MAC BETH color eye, Hunter lab Spectrophotometers with Premier software.• Performing color matching of sample through Konica Minolta 3600 A.• Performing in color and process related issues with regular feedback from production team.• Performed Documentation for implementation of QMS, & SOP updating for all equipments.• Preparing JSA in work areas with near hit and near miss reporting.• Knowledge on Mechanical, Thermal, Rheological, Analytical & flammability testing of finished product & raw materials using Zwick & Rowell, Ceast.• Handling Program setting for different materials in injection molding machine & performing the routine periodic maintenances• Handling w&p extruders and for premix preparation, micro- lots of new developed & new color grades.• Performing programme setting for mixers and calibration plan of instruments.• Performing color & grade corrections using and Color database system.• Performing the preparation of color library, letdown for new pigments and recording the color data it in color software on global basis.• Maintaining the stock of the pigment on daily & basis• Knowledge on SAP R/3 and system for production planning, maintaining quality database and material planning database.
