ABOUT MANOHAR RATTI
I am a Business Lecturer who genuinely enjoys teaching, mentoring, and designing learning experiences that truly resonate with students. I am currently part of the Scholars School System, where I teach across a range of business programmes, with a strong focus on making learning practical, engaging, and relevant beyond the classroom. I believe education should be inspiring and meaningful, not just a pathway to examinations.Prior to joining Scholars, I taught at CECOS College, London, delivering HNC, HND, and undergraduate business modules, and also contributed to academic delivery at Coventry University. These experiences have shaped my teaching philosophy, helping me recognise that every classroom has its own rhythm, energy, and potential and that effective teaching adapts to learners, not the other way around.I hold an MBA in Global Business from Coventry University, and my academic and professional background in marketing, digital marketing, entrepreneurship, and project management strongly informs my approach to teaching. I place particular emphasis on connecting theory with real-world business practice, supporting students to develop not only academic success but also confidence, employability skills, and professional readiness.I am currently undertaking a PGCE in Learning and Teaching, further strengthening my pedagogical practice and commitment to student centred education. Alongside this, I am working towards Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA) and planning to begin my doctoral journey in the near future. I am also actively exploring how sustainability, AI in business, and educational technology can enhance learning experiences and make business education more dynamic, inclusive, and impactful.
