As CTO and Product Owner at Veracity Software Inc, I lead technology strategy, product development, and engineering execution across SaaS and financial platforms.I founded and built Verity, a SaaS-based HR, Payroll, and Employee Lifecycle platform covering employee onboarding, timesheets, payroll processing, and document management. I own the product vision, architecture, and roadmap, and have taken the platform from concept and MVP through production and continuous enhancement.In parallel, I designed and delivered a Crypto Trading & Market Data Terminal for financial clients—a unified platform that connects to multiple crypto exchanges through a single interface, providing real-time market data, trading, and portfolio visibility. The platform was built with a strong focus on scalability, security, and low-latency architecture, suitable for institutional use cases.I have built and scaled a global offshore organization from 2 to 50+ professionals, including engineering, QA, DevOps, recruiting, HR, and sales. My role spans hands-on architecture, team building, delivery governance, and close collaboration with business stakeholders and clients.I enjoy building products from zero to scale, mentoring teams, and aligning technology execution with real-world business outcomes.
