I am a Senior Associate at Ratan Samal & Associates specialising in dispute resolution of cases under tax law, customs law and commercial arbitration of construction, banking and technology transfer disputes. I am empanelled with the Asia Pacific Centre for Arbitration and Mediation (APCAM), Indian Institute of Arbitration and Mediation (IIAM) and the Centre for Online Resolution of Disputes (CORD) as an Arbitrator and have presided over few Arbitrations as a Sole Arbitrator. I have parallel passion for legal research and writing having published more than 60 publications. My other interests include promoting international development through the application of sustainable development principles and writing stories in the under explored genre of legal science fiction. I am pursuing professional training in Western Classical Music for Piano performance & theory and have completed Grades from Trinity College London’s Distance Learning Program with distinction.
