As Manufacturing Operation Head of Infra.market Pipe & Fitting Category, I have dual responsibiity of Supervising Green Field project at Naidupeta, Andhra Pradesh as well as managing end to end supply chain from White Labeling Vendors to Customer service at site for Infra.market Next Gen Pipes & Fittings.Achievements - Worked closely with Real Estate Brokers & Industrial Development Authorities to select Green Field Land parcel for HELLA INFRA.MARKET- Pipes & Fittings Factory for PVC, CPVC and O-PVC. Evaluated O-PVC (DN 90 to 630 mm) pipe manufacturing Process both off line vs In line set up offered by key suppliers and finalized MOLECOR. Collaborated with Finance, Project, Legal team to prepare Project Feasibility Report to secure funding for this Project. Selected - Design Consult, PMC, Statutory & Process Consultant to timely manage- pre-construction, construction & post construction phases. Timely completed pre-construction stage requirements to move in construction stage (Work in Progress). Qualified White labeling vendors - 13 nos. to launch- Infra.market Next Gen- Solvent Cement, PTMT Bath fittings, CPVC, UPVC, SWR, AGRI Pipes & FIttings. Hired Team of motivated, competent talent pool.
