I am driven by a passion for innovation and a commitment to creating transformative impact in the business world. As I pursue my studies in the esteemed PGP Program at IIM Bangalore, I am honing my strategic acumen and leadership skills to prepare for high-impact roles in forward-thinking organizations. Previously, I worked as a Mechanical Maintenance Manager at Reliance Industries Limited, contributing to the operational excellence of the world’s largest refinery in Jamnagar. Over the course of two years, I was entrusted with the critical management of mechanical assets, leading large-scale shutdown events at the Jamnagar SEZ and Dahej plants. My role involved optimizing equipment availability, ensuring safety compliance, and implementing strategic recommendations that enhanced operational efficiency. A graduate of the National Institute of Technology Karnataka (NITK) with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, I bring a blend of technical expertise and leadership experience to every challenge. My time at RIL, combined with the academic rigour of IIM Bangalore, has prepared me to take on strategic roles where I can drive innovation, streamline operations, and contribute to long-term organizational growth. I am excited to leverage my background in operations and my passion for business strategy to make a measurable impact in my next professional endeavour.
