As a recent graduate of Temple University with a Bachelor of Science in Facilities Management, I am passionate about creating and maintaining functional and sustainable spaces that enhance the quality of life and work for people.I have gained valuable leadership and data analysis skills through my involvement with Alpha Xi Delta, where I served as the Vice President of Membership and the Recruitment Data Director. In these roles, I spearheaded recruitment efforts, increasing chapter membership by 38%, implemented a structured recruitment system, and oversaw and organized recruitment data, generating reports and insights to guide recruitment strategies. I also acted as a liaison between the chapter and the national organization, attending conferences, meetings, and leadership training.Additionally, I have expanded my knowledge and skills in design by completing specialized classes offered through the Disney College Program, where I also showcased strong attention to detail, project management, and communication skills. I am fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English, and have received multiple honors, including the Dean\'s List and Technical Skills Award.
