I currently am working to achieve a bachelor’s degree in Sport Administration at Ohio University with minors in Business Analytics and Marketing. As I further my education at Ohio University, I hope to gain experience in the sports business world so I can be qualified and prepared for life after college. The skills I am learning now and the skills that I will continue to learn throughout my junior and senior years will be extremely helpful while I pursue my goals. I am pursuing a Sport Administration degree because I enjoy the way sports bring people together all around the world. I want to be a part of that so we can not only bring America together but the whole world. In the last year I have accepted two job/internship positions that have helped prepare me for the sport business world that I will stepping into after I graduate in May 2025. The first position was as the Director of Outreach at The Bourbon Reserve. This role gave me real life social media knowledge/experience and I hope to learn more about what it takes to make a social media account successful while I continue this role. The second position that I accepted was an internship with Ohio University Hockey as the Asst. Director of Hockey Analytics. This role is going to give real world experience in the sport (hockey) that I hope to work in after graduation. As the Director of Outreach at The Bourbon Reserve I am tasked with developing and implementing marketing strategies that align with the firm\'s goals and objectives. This includes designing and managing marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and print, as well as, conducting market research through social media polls to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Finally, I monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and assess strategies as needed. As the Asst. Director of Hockey Analytics for Ohio Hockey I am tasked with creating scouting reports for the opponents that Ohio Hockey will playing this season, filming practices throughout the season, creating and keeping track of player statistics, and helping the Head Coach and Assistant Coach develop/create gameplans before and during the games. Hockey has always been my passion so I take great honor in doing my best overall work so I can help make the team better through my role.
