About Manny Vera
My passion is to serve others. I leverage this passion with 10 years of service in the US Army. Upon transition out of the service, I worked in suicide prevention as a certified peer. Assisting adults, veterans and first responders during crisis. I am currently serving in the Veteran Service Organization (VSO) space at the Travis Manion Foundation (TMF). TMF is a community of Veterans and Families of the fallen, but open to all, that serve together and support each other. We invest in Veterans and Families of the fallen to develop character in future generations. I am honored and privileged to leverage my skills of community outreach, volunteer management, youth development, grants/budgets, organizational leadership and more in this role.
