Global executive with more than 30 years\' experience in leading high-performing organizations. Recently served as Worldwide Managing Partner of Bain & Company from 2018 to 2024, overseeing Bain’s transformation to embed digital and technology capabilities and build a deeper focus on sustainability, while maintaining the firm’s culture and ranking as one of Glassdoor’s Best Places to Work and earning the #1 position on Glassdoor’s Best Led Companies list in 2024. Extensive experience advising CEOs and senior management teams on large corporate transformations involving strategy, growth, cost reduction, performance improvement and organizational effectiveness.
