Converted to CORE staff at TC from Deloitte managing commercial and cost for 3 Compressor Station projects in Montreal, Quebec with CAPEX of approx $150M each• Embedded within CMT team at site managing change, risk, forecast, incurred costs for PRIME Contractor, Commissioning and CMT • Implemented cost avoidance of approx $8M by changing compensation methods from Unit Rates to Cost Plus, implementing controls on Indirects, and challenging entitlement on Change Orders• Work closely with Project Manager on Change Management, informing of any potential changes that will affect forecast• Weekly meetings with PRIME discussing Open, To be submitted and LEMs outstanding• Negotiate Change Orders with PRIME to ensure correct entitlement including review of Time and Material, Lump Sum, Unit Rate compensation • Manage CO log working with Project Controls including potential CO’s to determine P10/P50/P90 forecast
