It allows you, the leader, to quickly and easily collect feedback on everyone supporting your business. This feedback will enable improved contractor and employee performance, and better ROI from non-working expenses. As the founder and sole employee, I am responsible for all aspects of the business, from demand generation to customer service, and from budget management to product development and maintenance.I use a number of tools to manage the business, including HubSpot, Zapier, Postman, AWS, Google analytics, LinkedIn, Quickbooks online, and more.
