As an Executive Support Specialist within the OnDemand Team, I provide direct support to a large group of Directors and Partners across the firm nationwide. This role requires the ability to adapt and form connections quickly as it is temporary support ranging from 2 weeks to over a year. Day to day tasks include scheduling external and internal meetings both on a global and national scale, arranging travel and logistics for meetings, claiming expenses, updating Salesforce, sorting IT issues, and managing inboxes.
