About Mann Vats
Youth confined in the shell of stereotypical career choices was something a 15 year-old as myself witnessed and at times went through as well; but it was a traiI I chose to opt out of when I founded Unsway. A start-up dedicated to skill-developing and breaking the spell of hemmed in vision of career picks, Unsway is an emblem of my ingenuity, ideas and an undying resolve that seeks reform. Over the course of time, I have participated in a multitude of case studies and pitch competitions. On numerous occasions, being the sole school-level student did not hinder or corner my firmness, instead it acted as a catalyst in nudging me even closer to my pursuit; resulting in a display of confidence and self-motivation I\'ve grown accustomed to. Commitment to a certain goal has not limited my imagination, as a testament to this statement, I continue to devote part of my schedule to writing and journaling about societal issues. Imaginativeness has no bounds, which is why, I look forward to broadening my imagination\'s horizon with promising opportunities.

Worked with 150+ children, mentored 8 one-on-one, and helped 2 enter school for the first time; learning daily what responsibility truly means.
