   Execute timely and accurate reconciliation of various accounts related to investment portfolios (e.g, Cash, Position/Holdings, Transactional, and Security Master data) between internal books and records (IBOR) and external custodian/third-party data.•Onboarding and Fund Setup: Oversee the onboarding process for new fund and clients ensuring all systems, controls, and documentation are in place for successful launches.•Identify, analyze the root cause, and swiftly resolve reconciliation breaks (discrepancies), working within agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs) and tight daily/monthly deadlines.•Collaborate with various stakeholders, including Custodian Banks, internal Middle Office, Portfolio Managers, and Fund Accounting teams, to facilitate break resolution.•Check the status of all overnight data feeds from internal systems and custodians. Ensure all required files (transactions, positions, cash) have loaded correctly into the reconciliation system.•Run daily reconciliations for Cash and Transactional activity. Focus on Investigating new breaks, performing initial analysis to determine if the break is due to a timing difference, a data input error, or a fundamental difference in record-keeping.•Update the reconciliation platform (DUCO) with status notes. Generate and finalize a daily break report that summarizes high-priority outstanding items, aging analysis, and resolution progress for team leads and the client.
